Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and use carefully.  By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms and that you agree to abide by them.

Information about us
We are a Full Member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists. Rita Pastuszka has been the clinical lead Aromatherapist at a large Hospice in Essex for the past nine years.

Purchase of Products
By ordering our Products you agree to our terms and conditions.  You may order direct from the website or alternatively can place an order by calling 07472977300 or e-mailing products@blend8aromatherapy.co.uk

Product Purchase information
We may decline to accept an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:-
- your payment not being authorised
- product(s) ordered not being available from stock
- where a pricing or product description error has occurred
- we reserve the right to cancel orders,without prior notice.  If we cancel any order, it will be without charge to you and any payment taken for such order, will be refunded to you in accordance to our refund policy set out below.

Consumer Rights
You are entitled to a refund 14 days from receipt of purchase, as long as the products remain unopened and undamaged. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately by registered post, with proof of purchase, in the same condition in which you received them, at your own cost and risk.  Please note we are not obliged to refund your postage costs for the return of Product(s) when you cancel an order.  You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any loss we incur, if you do not take reasonable care.
 
Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee (excluding postage). To qualify you must email us with details of your complaint within 7 days of the goods arriving and await our reply. We may ask you to return your goods.  We recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. 

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta securely online through Paypal™. You can trust PayPal to keep your credit/debit card details safe and secure. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as blend8aromatherapy products. 
Please note that all orders are processed manually and payment is taken only when the order is ready to be despatched.  

Those wishing to pay by cheque have the option to send us a writen order with contact telephone number. United Kingdom cheques only please. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods despatched. 

Prices
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Due to the substantial postal increase in April 2012, we have had to introduce a postal and packaging charge of £3.50 for orders below £30.00. Orders above £30.00 will be sent free of charge (UK only).

Postage and Packaging
Orders are processed and dispatched usually within 2-3 working days.   

Orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class up to 1kg and by courier above 1.kg.  The courier will leave your order in a safe place if given instructions to do so.

We will contact you if for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your request. 
  
For orders sent outside the UK, postage will be charged at the current rate.  We will use Royal Mail registered services.  Goods travel at your own risk and we do not accept responsability.  We won't replace the goods, should your order be lost or damaged in transport.  Royal Mail does not offer insurance, if you wish to insure your goods, we can advise you to use our own courier company or one of your own choice.  Insurance will be charged at extra cost.

Privacy Policy
Blend8Aromatherapy are committed to protecting your privacy.  Under no circumstances do we share your data with any third parties. 

The information collected about customers, is that which is entered at the time of ordering. The reason that we collect information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, we are replying to your correspondence, or if we need to advise you about your order. 

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998). 

Gift Vouchers
If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsure what they would like, why not purchase a gift voucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25. Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of having it emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message).  Gift Vouchers can be printed and cut out and used as traditional vouchers if you prefer.   Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at the checkout when purchasing your items.

Promotions / Corporate Discounts
Orders via Saint Francis Hospice require a hospice code correctly in order for the hospice to receive their donation.
Where a promotion / corporate/ discount has been given, you need to enter the code that appears in the advertisement. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
